1. OVERVIEW

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for services provided by Kratuchat.ai. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Policy.

2. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made to Kratuchat.ai are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Subscription fees (monthly / annual)
Setup or onboarding fees
Add-ons or feature upgrades
API usage charges
WhatsApp conversation charges (Meta fees)

Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.

3. EXCEPTION (LIMITED CASES)

Refunds may be considered only at our sole discretion in the following cases:

Duplicate payment due to system error
Payment charged incorrectly (technical issue)
Service not activated due to fault on our side

Any approved refund: Will be processed within 7–15 business days and may be subject to deductions (processing fees, usage, etc.).

4. FREE TRIAL

If a free trial is offered, no charges apply during the trial period. Once upgraded to a paid plan, no refunds will be issued.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing. However:

No refunds for unused time
Access continues until the end of the billing cycle

6. WHATSAPP / META CHARGES

Kratuchat.ai uses WhatsApp Business APIs provided by Meta. All WhatsApp-related charges are billed based on usage and are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. NO CHARGEBACK POLICY (STRICT)

By purchasing our services, you agree to NOT initiate any chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal through your bank or card issuer. Instead, you must contact us at support@kratuchat.ai to resolve concerns.

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to:

Immediately suspend or terminate your account
Block access to all services and data
Recover disputed amounts plus chargeback fees and legal costs
Take legal action if necessary

8. FRAUD & MISUSE

No refunds will be issued if the account is found violating Terms of Service, spamming, or identifying fraudulent activity.

9. PAYMENT DISPUTES

All billing disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction. After this period, charges will be considered final.

10. MODIFICATION OF POLICY

Kratuchat.ai reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Policy.
