Welcome to Kratuchat.ai (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including WhatsApp Business API solutions, automation tools, and related features. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Have the authority to represent a business/entity (if applicable)
  • Provide accurate and complete information

3. SERVICES

Kratuchat.ai provides:

  • WhatsApp Business API access (via Meta-approved integrations)
  • Chat automation tools
  • Broadcast messaging services
  • CRM and customer engagement tools

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

4. META (WHATSAPP) COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable policies of WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms.

You must NOT:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Use purchased/unauthorized contact lists
  • Violate user privacy or consent

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under your account. You agree NOT to use the platform for illegal activities, transmit harmful content, or attempt to reverse engineer the system.

6. BILLING & PAYMENTS

Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly/annual). All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Prices may change with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Third-party charges (e.g., WhatsApp conversation charges) may apply separately.

7. FREE TRIAL

If offered, you receive limited-time access to features. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate trial access at our discretion.

8. DATA & PRIVACY

You retain ownership of your customer data. We process data only to provide services and implement reasonable security measures. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights related to software, branding, and platform design belong to Kratuchat.ai. You may NOT copy, resell, or distribute our platform without permission.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive for high uptime but do NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp) or technical failures.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kratuchat.ai shall NOT be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, or business interruption.

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or as required by law. You may terminate your account anytime.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kratuchat.ai from any claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of laws or third-party rights.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our platform integrates with third-party services (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta). We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Hubballi-Dharwad, Karnataka.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
